# Benefits

* Owning an SFT offers the primary benefit of being able to participate in the **voting process** to determine the topic of the next thread to be written by <https://twitter.com/OvidiuArion>.&#x20;
* Furthermore, any potential **revenue** generated from the SFT collection **is divided equally between the DAO owners and the author**. (see [Adding topics to vote](/dao/dao-rules/topic-selection.md))
* Additionally, SFT owners may receive supplementary advantages such as **whitelist spots**, **airdrops**, or **other benefits** from projects that the DAO is currently involved in.
